Welcome to Fisherman's Hideaway RV Park (FHRP), located directly on the beautiful Tennessee River near Clifton, Tennessee. This small, brand new RV park is located inside Paradise Landing, an RV community of residents and guests who enjoy the peaceful and remote environment.

At Fisherman’s Hideaway, we’re open year-round so you can enjoy riverfront RV living during all four seasons. Each large site offers a 50/30/20 amp hookup, city water, septic hookup, a combo fire pit/BBQ grill for either wood or charcoal, and a picnic table. WiFi is available through fiber optic cable at no additional cost. One buddy pad is available for those traveling together in two RVs, or for those single RVers who would like more space. The RV pads are compacted, level, and are topped with small gravel that is comfortable for people and pets to walk on. Speaking of your four-legged friends, let them play and romp in our 15’x60’ fenced dog run. In the unlikely event of severe weather, we have an above-ground concrete storm shelter that is rated for an EF-5 tornado.

Amenities at the FHRP community area are as follows: a large sun-shade covered pergola with Adirondack chairs, a chiminea with a fire to sit around at night, a hot-water outdoor shower, a large BBQ grill, an 8’ picnic table, a sink with hot water, life jackets, and kayaks. You can directly access the river via concrete stairs. This community area is designed to provide you with a relaxing area adjacent to the water.

For a little fun, try your hand at a game of Pickleball or Cornhole. For the summer months, our 18’ above-ground pool is available to cool you off.

Are you looking forward to lighting up the outdoor fire pit? FHRP has individual bundles of high-quality, seasoned firewood available on-site for purchase.

FHRP is a remote location, so you will need to bring all supplies with you.  The nearest towns, Clifton and Linden, are small and they do have basic necessities, but both are about a 25-minute drive. You can find much more about the area under the Local Services tab.
